  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Same-day processing: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day.
  • Weekend orders: Shipped on the next business day.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather or carrier delays.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you’re returning an item due to size, fit, or a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
